  • Quality & Materials: We use high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship to ensure your satisfaction. We inspect each piece thoroughly before shipment.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

  • Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge, upon verification of the defect.

  • Order Discrepancies: If you receive an item that does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work quickly to rectify the mistake.
